The Automatic Coating Machine may be linked to Handyware Engineering frying system to product excellent fried coated peanuts. The porcess is as follow:
1.The process of coating
a.Filling the peanuts in the hopper and filling the flour to the tank for mixture .
b.Filling of syrup
c.Operating parameters into PLC.
d.Start automatic coating
e.Required peanuts drop into coating pan.
f.Coating in operation.
g.Discharge peanuts uniformly coated.
2.Fines are removed using the sifting machine. Sifted peanuts are stored in a hopper. A vibrating feeder will feed peanuts from the hopper into the frying pan.
3.The frying system will fry the peanuts. The system includes a frying pan, heat exchanger, burner, online oil filter and oil storage tank.
4.After peanuts exist from the frying pan, excess surface oil will be blown off as they are on the de-oil conveyor.
5.The peanuts are then sent for seasoning.
