1 Introduction
Cross stick processing line transforms flour into crispy, tasty stick-like products with low density, can attract consumer's attention, easy for package and transportation, extremely suitable for consuming as snacks and first course before a diet
First, utilize high speed mixer manufactured under my own brand to mix uniformly different kinds of flour, then pour flour into feeding tank of twin screw extruder, this process can be done manually or through a screw conveyor. Then stretch and cut into sticks by means of cutting machine. Next, convey sticks into continuous fryer which also is manufactured under my own brand, continuous fryer can provide consistent and stable heating source for frying, this will avoid over-heating of sticks. When sticks come out of continuous fryer, they will be conducted seasoning, at this time, because sticks contain oil on their surface, need not de_oil but instead would ease seasoning process. Finally, sticks would be conveyed to cooling conveyor, this process will take several minutes, and after it, pack sticks within bags. The entire process does not include packaging machine, if you need it, i will source it for you.
