Professional Producting Potato Ring Chips Processing Line
Introduction
Potato rings chip processing line applies advanced extrusion technology together with medical grade mixing and indirect heating, to manufacture chic, unique and popular rings potato chips.
This line mainly consists of 3 parts, mixing part, extrusion part and frying part. Mixing part contains two different types of mixer, with medical grade, hygienic and high quality, can mix uniformly different powder mixiture, extremely coffee powder. Extrusion part has the hydraulic extruder that applies oil extrusion and gas operated technology. Frying part has the continuous fryer, which provides non-direct heating, prevent product over fried, maintains cooking oil temperature, reduces oil wastage. This line also equips with a metal detection conveyor belt, to remove metal residue.
It is very easy to manage, with 7 persons needed, mainly deployed to control electric cabinets, also, maintenance is pretty easy, just using gas guns and wet cloth, except when dealing with oil filtering.
