Product Description

1  Introduction 
   Star chip processing line, snack processing line contains just a few equipment, end products mimic the shape of starfruit sold in the market. First, flour is mixed in high speed mixer, then conveyed to feed tank of twin screw extruder, extruded and metered, next cut into star chip shape using a special cutting machine, then products conveyed to either fryer or oven, while fryer would use cooking oil, oven is more common for this particular product, either way, products would then go through seasoning processing, but with oven, will need syrup spraying first, this is to help seasoning powder to remain firm on product surface
   This processing line is easy to control and maintain, with several machines, low investment but large income. suitable for small & medium size company, end products are lightweight, small, easy to package, adding seasoning powder can render them tasty and good selling. It is commonly used as snack or first course
