Electric cabinetDischarge & Feeder conveyorVibration feeder: Vibrating the half products in order to evenly feed them into the continuous fryer and so help filter out residue to save energy and maintain product quality.Continuous fryer: It is mainly used to transform inedible products into food by frying them under high temperature in certain amount of time. This system contains leaf conveyor, submerge conveyor, discharge conveyor, oil temperature detector, oil level detector and hood cover. Leaf conveyor: To scatter the products feeding in and ease the frying process and help maintain products quality. Submerge conveyor: Submerge products and fry. Discharge conveyor : Outputting products. Oil temperature detector: After the heat exchanger heats up the oil which recycle through the frying system , frying oil temperature should between 175ºC and 185 ºC. Oil level detector: The oil level detector will detect current oil level within frying pan, during frying, oil will be consumed, and when the oil surface drops down to a certain level, the oil level detector would send a signal to control panel and oil will be refilled from oil tank. Hood cover: Preventing heat loss, exhaust foul gas and for cleaning.Cooling conveyorSeasoning applicator: Storing seasoning powder and spray to products.
