Twin Screw Extruder
Capacity: 100kgs/hr
Main engine adopts inverter to adjust speed of screw according to changing of formula. Double-shaft pre-conditioner makes excellent result of mixing and conditioning, increasing capacity of extruder 10-15%. Various shapes adjusted by moulds: ball, sticks, flowers, core filling snacks, etc. Self-cleaning, when stopping, it can be cleaned without disassembling.
