Introduction
   
   Heart chip processing line utilizes cheap raw material like corn flour, corn starch, tapioca starch to generate expanded, lightweight, chic snack chips. Adding seasoning powder, chips can be extremely tasty. These chips are easy to package and few of them can fit into large package, so these chips are recommended as snacks or first course. 
   As usual, flour would go through mixing, extruding, cutting, frying and seasoning processes, with several conveyors. But heat exchanger of frying can be replaced by batch fryer which can utilize electricity. The entire process just need 6 persons, manpower cost can be hold down to minimum. If continuously put into production, capacity can reach 300kg/h.
